Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan.

Our products are made using natural ingredients, however, not all are 100% natural.

Our products contain certain organic ingredients, however, are not certified organic.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANT CUSTOMERS?
Yes, all of our products are safe to be used by pregnant or nursing mothers. Please consult your doctor first before use due to sensitivities to certain ingredients such as Retinol.

PLACING ONLINE ORDERS
You can order quickly and easily through AyannaBeauty.com. To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to buy. To remove an item, go to your Shopping Cart and select “Remove.” To change the quantity of items, go to your Shopping Cart and change the number in the box under the “Qty” column.
At this time, we accept and deliver orders within the United States and select International locations.
Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.
All major credit cards are accepted. You can use our check out option and use any credit card. We offer transactions via Stripe, Pay PayPal and Apple Pay. You may use PayPal to process your order via PayPal; you can also pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Only one promotional offer code can be used towards an order. Promotional offer code cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit. If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.
Order Confirmation Email
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with AyannaBeauty.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.

Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?
A: Please allow for an additional 24 to 48 business hours processing time for all shipping methods before your item ships. Once your order is processed, a tracking email will be sent to the email address provided. We ship via the following carriers: USPS Ground: 5-7 business days.

Q: Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
A: Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order. Ayanna Beauty fulfills orders at a rapid pace and it is not possible to edit an order or change order information after it has been submitted. We are unable to cancel an order once it’s been placed.
